Directions
As a dietary supplement for adults, take one (1) tablet daily – morning or evening, after meals with some water.

I notice less trembling in my hands and more mental calmness, but it makes me hungry. It contains a significant amount of vitamin B12, which whets the appetite, and I have noticed this side effect. Unfortunately I will not buy them again.
I have been taking it for a few weeks now and it works for me. I feel better. The taste is strange, but it doesn’t taste bad.
